About GroundFloor

The job platform for people with no experience — and the employers willing to give them a chance.

What we do

GroundFloor is a job platform dedicated entirely to entry-level work. We gather openings that genuinely welcome first-time workers — retail, customer service, warehouses, hospitality, healthcare support, junior tech roles, and more — and pair them with tools that make applying easier. Candidates create a profile once, store their resumes, and apply with autofill in seconds. Built-in AI helpers write tailored cover letters and suggest resume improvements for each posting, while an application tracker keeps every submission, interview stage, and outcome in one place. Employers get a simple dashboard to post entry-level jobs, review applicants, and manage their listings.

Who it's for

GroundFloor is built for people starting their careers: recent graduates, first-time job seekers, and career changers who keep hearing "you need experience to get experience." Every role on the platform is entry-level or explicitly open to candidates without experience. It's also for employers who hire for potential — businesses willing to train motivated people and give them their first real shot. Everything a candidate needs — profiles, resumes, AI help, and applications — is free.

Who builds it

GroundFloor is built by a small, independent team that believes a lack of experience shouldn't lock anyone out of a career. We built GroundFloor because the big job boards treat entry-level hiring as an afterthought, and we think the start of someone's career deserves a platform designed specifically for it.
