About the role

Brightmart Stores is looking for friendly, customer-facing sales associates to join our Chicago team. You'll help shoppers find what they need, keep the sales floor looking great, and ring up purchases at the register. We provide full training from day one — no retail background needed.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Restock shelves and maintain store displays
