IT Support Technician (Entry Level)

About the role

Northgate Logistics is hiring an entry-level IT Support Technician to be the first line of help desk support at our Denver headquarters. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues for warehouse and office staff in a hybrid schedule. We invest in our techs with a clear promotion path and full certification reimbursement.

What you'll do

• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues
• Set up and image new computers and equipment
• Maintain documentation for common fixes
