About the role

The Wharf Hotel, a boutique waterfront property in San Diego, is hiring front desk agents to welcome and check in our guests. You'll be the face of the hotel, with full hospitality training provided — no hotel experience required. Enjoy a beautiful work setting and real opportunities to grow into guest services leadership.

What you'll do

• Check guests in and out at the front desk
• Answer calls and answer guest questions
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room readiness

What we're looking for

• Warm, welcoming personality
• Professional appearance and manner
• Comfortable with hotel software (we train)
